Arlene D. Kock has been an attorney for over 31 years.

Her family law practice covers all aspects of divorce and related legal issues. During the course of her extensive experience as an attorney, Ms. Kock has handled every aspect of divorce, child custody, child support, spousal support, contempt, domestic partnership terminations, prenuptial agreements and post judgement motions. Her full service law office is equipped to handle domestic partnership terminations, same sex marriage dissolutions and non marital child custody matters.

She regularly appears in courts in the 10 Bay area counties and has represented clients on legal matters located in numerous other Northern California jurisdictions.

Arlene Kock also represents clients on plaintiff personal injury, general civil litigation, juvenile law and felony and misdemeanor criminal law cases. She is a member of the Contra Costa County Bar Association and the Alameda County Bar Association (ACBA). In her many years of volunteer service for the ACBA, Ms. Kock served on a number of the association's volunteer committees including as a board of director for the ACBA. Ms. Kock is also listed in Who's Who of American Law, Who's Who of Outstanding Women and was recently listed in the Presidential Who's Who Among Business and Professional Achievers. She is an experienced litigator with both jury and non jury trial experience. Her offices are located in San Ramon California.
